Discover the magical world of Wild Fermentation! The term “wild fermentation” refers to the reliance on naturally occurring bacteria and yeast to ferment food. Join our introductory workshop as we explore the transformative power of microorganisms! Learn the basics of wild fermentation and the incredible benefits of fermented foods, and create two delicious recipes to take home!
