Zero Waste Support at the EcoMatters Depot

Mondays and Wednesdays 10am-2pm
Support our leading waste-minimisation project by sorting materials for reuse or recycling, to keep these items out of landfill. You’ll get to know our fun and friendly zero waste team and become a waste guru in the process. RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Zero Waste Warriors at Wesley Market

Tuesdays and Fridays 9am-12pm
Help keep Wesley Market on track to be zero-waste, by offering guidance to visitors and stallholders about good waste management practices. New volunteers for these sessions will need to attend an initial briefing and training session on a Monday or Wednesday at our depot in Rosebank Rd. RSVP to email@example.com.

Our Bike Hubs offer free advice for people wanting to learn more about cycling. We recondition unwanted bikes and offer them to the community at affordable prices. We would love your help if you have an interest in bikes. For more info, email email@example.com.
Organic Gardening Sessions
1 Olympic Place, New Lynn
Help out and get skilled-up in organic gardening. We’ll be pruning, planting wildflower and bee gardens, and building up soil, composting, mulching, weeding and looking after paths and lawns. Bring gloves, sturdy shoes or gumboots and a raincoat or hat, and sharp secateurs if you have a pair. RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
