Prepare for another epic culinary showdown to discover how rescued ingredients can be turned into gourmet delights as ‘The Great Big Rescue Cook-Off’ returns for its next iteration. This time two master chefs will face off to create a 2-course feast using Kai Conscious rescued ingredients. With Aotearoa sending $1.17 billion’s worth of avoidable discarded food to landfill yearly our fabulous chefs will showcase the transformative power of rescuing food.

The Kai Conscious Cook-Off is not just a culinary competition; it’s a flavorful journey towards reducing waste, supporting local growers, and fostering community resilience. But you’ll want to hurry, as spots are limited to keep an intimate atmosphere. You won’t want to miss out on this unforgettable night of gastronomic innovation with a purpose!
