Book the bus, hand out the notices and get those kids out of class for a day - bring them to the EcoHub! We love having our local schools visit and the kids love getting their hands dirty and learning something new.
We can provide hands-on learning about edible gardens, bee-friendly gardens, food forests and worm farms! Get the kids excited learning about the importance of upcycling and recycling and exploring greater issues around conservation.
We offer school visits on Fridays (or other times by negotiation) and can take up to 30 students from one class at a time.
We will happily tailor your visit to suit your class' age group, study topic or area of interest. If you have a interest or area of study, we can focus on knowledge-building and investigation around that topic that so students leave inspired, with a deeper level of understanding and a willingness to make a difference.
School visits should be booked in advance so we can have a chat and tailor your day accordingly. Please note there is a charge for visits at $5 per child. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to book your visit today!
On a strict budget? Do contact us and we'll see if we can make something work.
