About this Event
Nau mai, haere mai! Join us at the Whau Stream to put native plants in the ground, which can add stability to the stream banks, absorb water in heavy rain, and provide a healthy habitat for our native birds and critters.
Gumboots or sturdy closed-toe shoes are essential. Bring a hat, rain jacket and gardening gloves if you have any. Kids welcome but must be supervised. We’ll finish with shared kai at the end.
