How to choose an ebike to borrow
Choose from our range of commuter bikes if you are looking for an ebike to transport yourself, for example to get to and from work, run errands, or ride for leisure. If you are looking to transport children or cargo, check out our whānau/cargo bike models.

WHERE to borrow an EBIKE
You can borrow an ebike from one of seven EcoMatters Bike Hubs in Auckland.
You’ll need to ride your ebike home because it can’t be transported by car or trailer.

eZee Sprint Alfine

- Internal-hub gearing allows changing gears without pedalling (good for beginners)

- One size fits all, but would typically suit riders 150cm-190cm in height

Best for: people looking for a commuter bike, who prefer a more upright riding position, with a comfortably padded seat.

- Available in Small (for riders 150 cm-170 cm in height) and Large (for riders 170 cm-195 cm in height)

Best for: people looking for a commuter bike, who prefer a mountain bike style ride. You’ll be sitting less upright on a narrower seat.

Need to change or cancel your booking?
Just email us at [email protected] by 12 noon on the Wednesday before your pickup weekend to cancel for a full refund of your security deposit.
If you’d like to change to a different date, simply make a new booking after cancelling (subject to availability).
