Borrow a Zoomin ebike

Zoomin ebikes are available at our Bike Hubs in Queens Wharf, Glen Innes,New Lynn, Onehunga, Pakuranga and Forrest Hill.

Zoomin ebikes come with a lock and one pannier bag. You can also choose to borrow a helmet when you come to collect your ebike.

Important to know before you book

• You’ll need to pay a security deposit to borrow an ebike. This is refundable if the ebike is returned at the agreed time and in good order.
• You must be able to secure the ebike when not in use. This means either using the lock provided to attach the ebike by the frame to an immovable object, or if it is stored inside a house or garage, the doors and windows must be locked.
• Our ebikes are for on-road urban use in Auckland and can’t be used off-road. Anyone riding the bike must be 18+ years, although taking passengers younger than 18 years is ok.
• Allow 30 minutes when you come to collect your ebike. We’ll show you how to look after and use the bike and watch you take a test ride. If we have serious concerns about your skill and safety, we have the right to refuse the loan.
• You’ll need to ride your ebike home because it can’t be transported by car or trailer.
