Flat White Ride

A West Auckland Cafe Trail

West Auckland is a great place to get on your bike. This loop connects the dreamiest cycling destinations out West and offers a little something for all riders.

Love a challenge? Spend a few hours on the whole 33 km loop. Bringing the kids along? Swap the traffic for trees on an off-road stretch. Only have an hour to spare or keen to skip that big hill? Hop on and off the train to just do your favourite stretch!

All bike rides should be rewarded with an ice cream or a cuppa. So pop in to one of the Bike-Friendly Cafes as marked on the map.

You can find hard copies of the map at the EcoMatters Bike Hubs. If your organisation or business would like to have hard copies of the map, please email your request to Myrthe at [email protected].

You can also view the Flat White Ride in Google Maps or if you want to use another navigation app you can download the route as TCX file. We have routes for all individual stretches as well.
