Join us for a winter working bee, to help with fruit tree planting, mulching, prepartory work for a future Rongoā garden and plantings to support the health of the Whau River.
Hope Teaching Garden is one of two teaching gardens overseen by EcoMatters. It’s a space dedicated to growing food and providing opportunities to learn and share skills.
Please bring your own garden gloves and wear closed toe shoes or boots. Children are welcome but must be supervised.
At noon, we’ll share fresh vegetable soup and bread together.
