Join us for a hands-on Citrus Preservation Workshop, as we cherish the natural abundance of the citrus season! Learn a delicious recipe for preserved lemons (a versatile ingredient perfect for adding flavour and zest to various dishes) and explore different ways to make the most of the citrus harvest from your garden. Bring your own citrus bounty (or use ours!) and take home your freshly preserved lemons, along with the skills and confidence to continue preserving on your own.
