About this Event

Learn more about the issue of food waste in Tamaki Makaurau, Aotearoa, including the top 10 most wasted foods, tips on reducing food waste and how to make the most of all types of food. The health and environmental benefits of eating seasonally and locally will be explained, followed by creative recipes for making the most meats and vegetables. We will finish with Kai Tahi (sharing food).

Hosted by Love Food Hate Waste tutor Amanda and proudly brought to you by EcoMatters, thanks to Auckland Council.
