EcoMatters has been funded by the Ministry for the Environment and Auckland Council to open it’s doors to all and sundry as a place to access practical living advice. Project HomeWise is demonstrating huge love for households by helping families to save water and energy, reduce waste in Auckland. Jump on the bandwagon today and start living more sustainably. Why not?
So what is project HomeWise? Funded by Auckland Council’s Western Local Boards Homewise is aimed at engaging with ethnic communities. We’ve been asked to bring people together, start conversations, create stronger neighborhoods and ultimately empower families and households to effortlessly do the right thing both for their pockets and the environment.
About the Workshops – Project HomeWise Workshops are designed to be entry level, fun, interactive and informative with the aim to educate communities on energy efficiency and water savings. The average workshop length is approximately an hour and a half.
